Bring a brown bag lunch for “College Hour” with Professor Francisco Jiménez, author of Breaking Through and The Circuit , who will discuss his writings and how they relate to themes presented in Bless Me Ultima.

Francisco Jiménez emigrated with his family to California from Tlaquepaque, Mexico, and as a child he worked in the fields of California. He is currently the Fay Boyle Professor in the Department of Modern Languages and Literatures at Santa Clara University.
